A full groom, collected from your door and delivered back to it.

Yasmeen, our certified groomer, works with every coat type, and takes the time to do it calmly — no rushing a nervous dog through a wash to clear the table.

A full groom is JD 40, and that includes collecting your pet and bringing them home again. If they are already staying with us, it is JD 5 less.

Yasmeen is qualified as a Dog and Cat Grooming Specialist by Groom Academy — cats included, which is a separate skill most groomers do not have.

Cats are groomed in the same room by the same groomer, at the same JD 40. A nervous cat is worked in short sessions rather than held through one long one, which is usually the difference between a groom that finishes and one that does not.

Coat by coat

Every coat is a different job

A curly coat, a dense one and a double coat each need a different approach. We do not clip a dog short because it is quicker. All three went home the same week.

Every size, dogs and cats

No size limit, and no shortcuts on the big ones

A large dog with a plumed tail and a thick undercoat is a two-hour job, not a quick clip. Cats are groomed in the same room by the same person, in short sessions rather than one long one. Same JD 40 either way.

Washed, dried, brushed through and finished by hand. Yasmeen works at the dog’s pace rather than the clock, which is why a nervous dog is given breaks instead of being held through one long session.
